Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged ½ of the scheduled appointment cost. If you are running late, please call or text us at (312) 415-6122. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled start time may need to reschedule their session.
